1. Subscription Services

Hosting plans sold by VENUSSERVER.COM may be billed as recurring subscription services through providers such as Stripe.

2. Cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation stops future billing where applicable, but does not automatically create a refund for past charges already processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if granted, are issued at the sole discretion of VENUSSERVER.COM unless otherwise required by law or explicitly promised in writing.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied for services already provisioned or delivered, renewals already processed, abuse or policy violations, or chargebacks initiated without first contacting support.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, VENUSSERVER.COM may suspend or terminate the related service while the dispute is under review.
