VENUSSERVER.COM provides web hosting, cPanel hosting, website-related services, and related online infrastructure. Features and pricing may change at any time.

3. Billing and Payment

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe.

4. Provisioning

New hosting services are generally provisioned within 24 hours after successful subscription payment unless verification or missing information delays activation.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the services for spam, malware, fraud, phishing, copyright infringement, or illegal activity.

6. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for your files, websites, passwords, scripts, and account activity.

7. Backups

Even if backups are offered, customers remain responsible for maintaining their own independent backups.

8. Suspension and Termination

VENUSSERVER.COM may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, legal complaints, or policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VENUSSERVER.COM and Infinity Market LLC. are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
